We will be doing cardio based circuit training. Open to all Powwow Dancers in LA county Ages 14+ All fitness levels encouraged. Open to all Native/Indigenous Community Members in LA County. Due to the sharp tools we will be using, we are asking participants to be Ages 14+ to ensure the safety of everyone. This will be a 3 session workshop. Attendance for ALL sessions is highly encouraged for all participants to ensure they are able to complete their hand drum sticks entirely. Description: Join us for a rejuvenating yoga and mindful movement session. This class blends gentle stretches, breath work, and mindfulness practices to support physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
