Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management in supporting the organization. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, benefits management, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. They help recruit employees, screen job candidates, assist with new hire orientation, create job descriptions, schedule interviews, and perform various administrative tasks. They maintain employment records, employee data, contracts and databases, answer employee questions and help them understand company policies.

OUTPATIENT THERAPIST

Job Summary
The Outpatient Therapist is a mental health professional responsible for coordinating and providing therapeutic services to Indigenous individuals, couples, families and/or groups. Their primary role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing counseling/therapy to eligible clients (children, youth and adults) dealing with various mental health issues, emotional struggles, behavioral problems, or relationship difficulties. The therapist and the client(s) identify the needs and coordinate therapeutic sessions. The outpatient therapist is part of a multidisciplinary treatment team providing services both via telehealth and in person (in the field and/or in the office). Unlicensed therapists must work under the direction of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor.
Qualifications
- MA in Clinical Psychology, MSW or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited graduate program.
- Active California license (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW) or eligible for a California license.
- If unlicensed, must abide by Sacred Path licensure policy: Post-doctoral level therapists must obtain their license within two years of hire and masters level therapists must obtain their license within three years of hire.
- Minimum one year clinical experience with children and families.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience working with families experiencing multiple challenges (e.g., poverty, unemployment, homelessness, DCFS involvement).
- Demonstrated experience providing home and community-based counseling services.
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000/yr, DOQ/DOE

The Childcare Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant at Sacred Path Indigenous Wellness Center plays a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the agency’s operations. This role involves assisting in various administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating communication, and contributing to the efficient operation of the agency’s programs and services. They are responsible for gift card purchases/distribution, ensuring the timely submission of timesheets/invoices, and tracking credit card purchases and documentation. They support programs in fulfilling funding source requirements (e.g., maintaining databases, preparing applications/reports, tracking required information) and keep the Resource Center Manager and CEO updated on any problems. The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Resource Center Manager, CEO and select members of the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative roles or office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Zoom
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
