We will be doing cardio based circuit training. Open to all Powwow Dancers in LA county Ages 14+ All fitness levels encouraged. She shares her passion for beading as a way to stay grounded in community and reflect, guiding participants of all ages in hands-on, creative experiences. Join us for a beading workshop where we’ll learn how to make wristlets using looms to weave beads into a custom design. Please RSVP only if you can commit to both dates, as supplies will be left at the office. Please do your best to arrive on time. We want to make sure every participant is able to finish their project. 🥗 Dinner and supplies will be provided upon RSVP This is a free, community-centered event open to all Native/ Indigenous parents, caregivers and families in LA County.
