Family Resource Center at Sacred Path Indigenous Wellness Center is inviting all community members in LA County to join us for the next Wellness walk / run! This is a family friendly event and will be lead by Analisa Rockbridge from the Diné Nation. Analisa enjoys engaging with the community in overall health and wellness with Movement is Medicine. Guiding Yoga practices and sharing her knowledge in food to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Please RSVP by at least 2 days before the event.

Wellness Walk / Run #9 :: The Strand - 45th St Parking (El Porto), 45th St, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

What to Expect 🎞️ :

• Please bring your own reusable water bottle, sunscreen, snacks, small pack with hydration as needed.
• We will provide some snacks and water.
• We will walk or run around the park completing at least 1 mile, depending on our wellness goals.
• We will gather afterwards to discuss overall wellness topics led by Analisa, and we will discuss the connection of our own wellness journeys and our traditions / cultural identities as Native peoples.

Parking 🅿️: All location will have free parking lots and/or street parking.
Public Transportation 🚍: All locations are accessible via the Metro. For detailed information, plan your trip using the Metro Trip planner tool.

🌟Incentives: There will be incentives for any returning participants! If you attend more than 2 walks / runs, then you can receive an incentive! We will follow up via email after the event.

This event is open to Native and Indigenous Families and Community members in LA County.
Absolutely no, alcohol, smoking, other drugs, or under the influence of any substances will be tolerated.
