The event is free and open to the public, with a focus on providing accessible, culturally relevant care for Native families and historically underserved communities. Please answer a few brief questions to help us plan for the services, supplies, and support needed. All responses are confidential and used only for event planning. Important: Free parking will be available. Please review the parking instructions for directions and details. This is a family friendly event and will be lead by Analisa Rockbridge from the Diné Nation. Analisa enjoys engaging with the community in overall health and wellness with Movement is Medicine. Guiding Yoga practices and sharing her knowledge in food to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Please RSVP by at least 2 days before the event.
